Job Description
Join our team at JCPenney as a Merchandiser! In this role, you will provide operational support for contract merchandise, including managing samples, conducting Quality Assurance checks, and facilitating communication between suppliers and buyers. You will assist in planning trips for Buyers and Sourcing teams and support negotiations by providing essential information.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring production quality and delivery performance, updating the RMS system, and assisting in the Co-creation process to ensure effective communication between the supplier and design teams. Additionally, you will arrange required CCWs and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
