Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen at Hyatt Regency Pune. You will efficiently operate the kitchen, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s strategies and standards. Manage the kitchen to maximize guest satisfaction within budgetary constraints, contributing to our financial success.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in luxury international brands. Kitchen Production/Management certification is a plus. Knowledge of hygiene practices and MS Office proficiency preferred.
