Job Description
We are Apogee Service Pvt. Ltd, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malad. This role requires a fresh graduate or an individual with an HSC certificate and at least 6 months of customer support experience.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and be available for rotational night shifts. You will work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
We provide transportation within specific boundaries including Meera Road, Malad, Thane, and Vashi.
