Job Description
Job Purpose: To achieve branch collection targets in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets of ROCs and regularize future payments
- Collect overdue cases
- Maintain ROC cancellation
- Achieve minimum ASF target
- Report issues to the collection manager
- Stay updated on products
Requirements: Strong Collections & Credit Experience, Analytical Ability, Customer Centricity.
