You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring timely closures of positions while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Requirements include expertise in IT and Non-IT recruitment, familiarity with IT technologies, and proficiency with job portals and ATS tools. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
