Job Description
WissenPro is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound communication methods, including calls, chat, and email. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the BFSI domain.
Key responsibilities include participating in calibration sessions and quality task forces while maintaining knowledge of client products. Proficiency in quality methodologies and Microsoft Office is essential.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to ₹750,00.00 per year, including health insurance and a performance bonus. The role requires rotating shifts.
