Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Shop Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Brijwasi Sweets store. Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers, ensuring a smooth store operation, managing inventory, and leading the sales team to enhance performance.
Key Skills: Customer Service, Sales Experience, Communication, and Negotiation.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of total work experience with 2 years in food handling. Preferred candidates should reside in Mumbai and possess good time management and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹17,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month with benefits like a flexible schedule.
