Job Description
Infinacx Corporate Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Operations Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in filing forms with the MCA, ensuring timely submission of Annual Returns and Financial Statements, and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Key responsibilities include aiding board meetings, drafting notices and agreements, and coordinating with the ROC and GST Law.
This full-time position is suitable for freshers or interns, with a contract length of 6 months, offering a salary of ₹5,00.00 to ₹7,00.00 per month. In-person attendance is required.
