Job Description
Medicover Hospitals is looking for Call Center Associates with 1-5 years of experience for our Corporate Office in Hyderabad. We welcome graduates and postgraduates to apply. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and be ready to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand patient profiles and address queries.
- Impact revenue through discussions.
