Job Description
We at Bijliride Private Limited are seeking a dedicated Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Recovery Agent, your primary roles will include customer outreach for overdue payment collection, route planning, ensuring compliance with S.O.P., and managing on-site recovery operations.
You will be responsible for negotiating payment plans and maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and work diligently to meet deadlines set by management.
This is a full-time position with a pay range of ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month, including benefits such as a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. Work location involves on-the-road responsibilities.
Requirements
