Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to support and capture essential information from customers regarding their claims. You will conduct research and provide updates on claims while identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Applicants must be aged 18 to 30 and speak Tamil. Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply. This role offers a salary range of ₹191,00.06 – ₹435,096.25 per year with expected hours of 40 per week. Additional perks include paid sick time, a provident fund, and an annual bonus.
