Job Description
IQ CTS Academy is seeking an experienced Medical Coding Trainer with a life science background and CPC certification to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Medical Coding for students.
- Teach ICD-10 CM, CPT, HCPCS coding concepts and guidelines.
- Prepare students for CPC certification.
- Develop and update training materials as per industry standards.
- Provide hands-on practice, mock tests, and student support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- CPC certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical coding (training experience preferred).
