Job Description
We are hiring for the International Voice Process at JVW Technologies.
Location: Madhapur / Bahadurpally
Job Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer support.
- Resolve and understand customer queries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Experience handling US support.
- Versant score of 60 required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO/voice experience.
- 12th Pass required.
- 24/7 shift availability.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation: CTC up to 4.7 LPA, with a ₹20,00 loyalty bonus. Pay varies from ₹25,00 to ₹36,00 per month.
