Job Overview: The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for driving secondary sales and merchandising by building long-term relationships with retailers.
Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales Development
External: Retailers, Wholesalers, Distributors, Key Accounts customers
Reporting To: Sales Officer
Experience Required:
2-3 years in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry preferred, with strong product understanding, negotiation skills, and local geographical knowledge. Fluent in local language and experienced in distributor management and basic retail calculations.
