Job Description
Unisys is seeking a Services Support Rep 2 to join our team. In this role, you will tackle moderately complex inquiries related to hardware, software, and client applications, escalating complex issues as necessary. As a key support resource, you will assist Level 1 agents with daily client incidents and requests.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, technical certification or an Associate Degree preferred, and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
