Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent for our organization. This service delivery role collaborates closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing the candidate journey, posting jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinating travel, and managing offer letters and new hire paperwork.
