Job Description
Link-K Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd is seeking an Executive Assistant to MD for our Coimbatore office. We welcome candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience, specifically male candidates. A UG degree is required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s appointments and meetings.
- Organize daily agendas and prioritize tasks.
- Draft and manage correspondence and emails.
- Serve as a point of contact between MD and stakeholders.
- Arrange meetings and prepare agendas.
- Provide travel planning and itinerary preparation.
- Create professional presentations and reports.
- Support overall office efficiency with administrative tasks.
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift, full-time, permanent position
