Job Description

Facile Services is seeking a skilled Recruitment Executive to manage our manpower requirements. The ideal candidate will attract and select candidates for open positions, manage job postings on various job portals, and interact with potential candidates via phone and email.

Applicants should have an MBA in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in KPO, BPO, or Sales. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Word are required.
