Job Description
Hiring for Graduate Freshers ONLY!
Position: International Voice/Chat Process BPO
Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and chats while providing excellent customer service.
Shifts: 5 days of work with 2 rotational week offs. Available shifts are as follows:
- UK: 11 AM to 3 AM (any 9 hours)
- US: 5 PM to 7 AM (any 9 hours)
- AUS: 3 AM onwards (any 9 hours)
Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (Required). Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required).
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month, with various benefits and a friendly work environment.
