Position: Tele-Caller – Female
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact new customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Answer customer queries to understand their needs.
- Collect and update customer details for processing.
- Feedback to marketing departments and arrange site visits.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate with 2-4 years of Telesales/Tele-calling experience.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
