Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare and Insurance Operations Associate at NTT DATA. In this role, you will be responsible for reading and understanding customer process documents, analyzing insurance requests, and navigating multiple client applications to process requests efficiently. Strong analytical skills and basic insurance knowledge are essential.
Candidate Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience
- Typing speed of at least 21 WPM
- Availability for a full night shift (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
- Flexibility to support the team during crisis times
