Job Description
Yennes Infotec (P) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will address technical queries related to Tally, providing solutions in Hindi and other languages.
Your responsibilities include training users, maintaining call logs, and ensuring high-quality support. Requirements: excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, or Hindi, at least 1 year of customer support experience, and knowledge of Tally is a plus.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
