Job Description
Applications are invited for the position of Research Assistant for a Jaya Prakash Narayan Centre of Excellence in the Humanities, Indian Institute of Technology, Indore funded project titled “Atho Kadai Stories: Tracing Burmese Street Food Culture in Chennai” at T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications:
- MA in English/Cultural Studies/Media Studies/Sociology/Anthropology or allied fields.
- Knowledge of Ethnography, Field Work, & Qualitative research methods required.
- Proficiency in Tamil & English.
Duration: 3 months, extendable based on performance.
Remuneration: Consolidated pay of Rs. 22,00 per month.
