Job Description
We are hiring for the position of International Semi-Voice Process Specialist in Mumbai.
Qualification: Both Graduates and Under Graduates can apply.
Experience: 0-1 year.
Shift: 5 days of working, Rotational Night Shift.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹21,00 per month.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries primarily through email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide product information and guide customers effectively.
