Job Description

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a client-facing position, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and directing inquiries
- Sending emails to prospective clients
- Managing reception and directing visitors
- Scheduling appointments and interviews
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPABX is required.
