Job Description
KSB SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to handle various payroll tasks. Your responsibilities will include payroll processing, salary deductions, annual bonus returns, and full & final settlements for departing employees. You will ensure compliance with statutory payments related to salaries and reconciliations of TDS, PF, and other dues.
Additionally, you will manage employee travel expenses, verify business consultant documentation, and handle utility bill payments. Excellent communication and analytical skills are crucial for this role, as you will address queries related to salary and investment declarations.
