Experience Requirements:
– 3-5 years in instructional design and technology.
– Knowledge of learning theories and design models.
– Skills in lesson and curriculum planning.
– Basic HTML and Flash knowledge is a plus.
– Aviation exposure is advantageous.
– Proficiency in course development software and LMS.
– Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator).
– Ability to write effective instructional text.
