Job Description
Epifi Technologies is seeking a dedicated Process Trainer to enhance our CX team’s product knowledge. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers to deeply understand our offerings, revisit and create training content, and establish a quarterly training plan. Responsibilities include training the CX team and conducting refresher sessions as required.
Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years of training experience, preferably within the Fintech sector, strong teamwork skills, a customer-oriented approach, and proficiency in training tools as an advantage.
