Job Responsibilities:
- Market resumes of our Bench Consultants (H1B/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC & US CITIZEN).
- Develop new contacts and understand resume skillsets.
- Search job requirements and submit resumes.
- Arrange interviews and maintain communication with consultants.
- Negotiate rates with vendors/clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, US night shift
