Job Description
GRMAC Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Grievance Officer to handle complaints and concerns. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and involves collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and respond to complaints promptly.
- Resolve complaints formally and provide feedback.
- Guide customers through issue resolution and escalation processes.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-7 years in customer complaints in banking.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil; max age 37.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹800,00.00 per year
Benefits: Provident Fund, Day shift schedule.
