Job Description
Ancile Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading logistics company headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking talented Process Associates to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This pivotal role is vital for overseeing our hiring initiatives.
As a Process Associate (Non-Voice), your responsibilities will include:
- Managing job board listings and postings.
- Screening candidates and maintaining daily management information system (MIS) reports.
- Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an international BPO environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Availability to work night shifts.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00/month, with benefits including health insurance and paid training.
