Job Description
NEW EDGE REALTY SOLUTIONS, located in Kolkata’s Salt Lake area, is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to enhance our team. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹19,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
Benefits include fixed weekends off, cab drop facilities, Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), bonuses, and attendance allowances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate excellent English language communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is preferred.
Experience: Ideally 1 year in technical support and customer service.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred.
Work Location: In-person.
