Job Description
Elagreens is currently seeking a committed Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, manage incoming calls, and maintain comprehensive records, all while supporting our mission for a sustainable future.
As a Telecaller, you will serve as the voice of Elagreens, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless operations. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoy interacting with people, we invite you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and incoming calls
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required
- Keep Excel records accurate and updated
- Follow up with clients to provide essential information
Salary: ₹10,00 plus incentives. Female candidates based in Kochi are preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position.
