Job Description
Terragig Consulting is seeking dynamic and driven individuals to fill the role of Customer Support Executive in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Ideal candidates, aged 18-32, should possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed explanations of our products and services, and accurately documenting customer interactions. You will strive to meet lead and sales targets while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
This is a full-time position with a 9-hour shift scheduled between 8 am and 8 pm. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance and a Provident Fund, with salaries ranging from ₹16,00 to ₹26,00, depending on experience.
