Job Description
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Officer to establish Microfinance groups and manage credit verification, loan disbursement, and repayment collection through field visits. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹16,00.00, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a provident fund. Ideal candidates should possess a two-wheeler, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel 50-75 kilometers daily. Familiarity with microfinance institution operations is preferred.

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
