Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to promote Personal Loans to rural clients who have previously utilized our loan services at SMICC. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, providing detailed loan information, assisting customers with documentation, and ensuring adherence to all loan policies.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹25,00.00, in addition to benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund. A Bachelor’s degree and fluency in Hindi are preferred qualifications.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
