Job Summary: Mervice Infotech is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Male Kiosk Attendant. In this role, you will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs at the airport while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and direct passengers to their vehicles.
- Assist passengers with booking procedures and onboarding processes.
- Address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements: Candidates must possess prior airport experience, be fluent in English and Hindi, and have a friendly disposition.
