- Verify claim statuses using calls or IVR/Web Portal.
- Document pertinent questions and responses during communications.
- Prepare and dispatch required documents to payers.
- Conduct aging analysis and produce detailed reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in patient calling.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
