Job Description

Bullet Redevelopment Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to maintain and enhance our customer database and ensure a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include:

• Keeping up-to-date customer records in the system.
• Making service reminder calls to customers.
• Taking and updating appointment schedules.
• Conducting post-service feedback calls.
• Providing information on products and services while addressing customer complaints.
• Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
• Following up on customer requests and complaints.
• Escalating unresolved issues as needed.

Qualifications include a Degree/Diploma and preferred skills in CRM software, real estate experience, and knowledge of relevant laws.
