Job Description
VAS India Consulting is actively seeking an experienced BPO Coordinator to support our prominent client in the Freight Forwarding sector, based in Chennai. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within the Freight Forwarding, shared services, or BPO industry.
Salary: ₹500,00 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to Associates and BPO Coordinators.
- Enhance process workflows to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and third-party offices.
- Contribute to the standardization and optimization of processes.
- Mentor junior team members to boost productivity.
- Oversee quality assurance activities, documentation, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented and quick to adapt to new information.
