Job Description

Elateminds Training and Development LLP is looking for a passionate English & Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering a structured curriculum that covers essential Management and Human Resource topics, including Communication Skills and Soft Skills.

The role involves preparing teaching materials, evaluating learning outcomes, and managing training sessions effectively. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in HR or a related field, along with 3 to 7 years of teaching or training experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

This position is part-time, offering a weekly compensation of ₹2,500.00 – ₹3,500.00. Training sessions are conducted during the day and will take place in person.
