Job Description
4moles.com is looking for a Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic concierge team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with bookings, payment processing, and manage both inbound and outbound communications. Responsibilities include supporting golfers at Qutab Golf Course, managing memberships, and handling walk-in reservations while showcasing excellent communication skills.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in customer service, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers a full-time schedule from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Salary ranges from ₹300,00 to ₹360,00 per year, with paid sick time benefits.
