SPECTRAA EYE HOSPITAL is currently seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee Patient Care Services for both In-Patient and Out-Patient departments, manage inquiries with professionalism, and ensure seamless communication between patients and the medical staff. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold organizational standards, guaranteeing the highest quality of service and providing prompt assistance through multiple communication channels.
The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence, a friendly demeanor, self-motivation, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at ₹15,00.00 per month
