Job Description
Rathinam Technical Campus is seeking a committed and passionate Assistant Professor of Biotechnology to enhance our academic team. In this position, you will play an integral role in departmental activities, support faculty members academically, and engage in teaching and supervision of both undergraduate and graduate students.
Your duties will include recruiting and mentoring new teaching assistants, conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and representing the university at academic conferences. Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback on student progress and actively participate in faculty meetings to foster a collaborative educational environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
Education: Master’s degree (preferred)
Experience: 1 year in teaching (preferred)
