The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring system reliability, providing operational support, and making essential enhancements to align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading architectural design initiatives, developing customized applications, managing system performance and security, and mentoring a team of Remedy professionals. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with 6-8 years of relevant experience in Remedy administration.
