Job Description
The SCOPE Foundation is in search of a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become our next Student Social Worker. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the education sector, specifically in child counseling and psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with college and school principals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current colleges.
- Develop core teams at the college level and lead college-specific programs and events.
Requirements:
- A degree in any field.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- A willingness to travel, with 70% of the role involving fieldwork.
Compensation: Up to ₹16,00/month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance.
