Job Description
PradeepIT Consulting Services is currently seeking a committed DCNOC Administrator to oversee the continuous monitoring of our infrastructure and application performance on a 24/7 basis. The successful candidate will conduct regular health assessments to ensure the availability of IT services, supervise planned maintenance activities, and manage alert blackout requests. Collaboration with IT Incident Management is essential to efficiently address critical and high-severity alerts, ensuring swift restoration of services. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications and possess 0-2 years of relevant experience.
