Job Description
C Cube Consultant is actively seeking a motivated and technically proficient IT Service Desk Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for our internal clients. This role involves delivering exceptional technical support and efficiently resolving IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address IT requests through phone, email, and our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document IT requests thoroughly and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Requirements: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer service are essential.
