Moon Light Tourist Home is looking for a personable, professional, and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to enhance our team. As the initial point of contact for guests, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Facilitate check-in and check-out processes.
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
