Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a dynamic Digital Banking Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our deposit base, setting service standards, and promoting non-deposit products such as mutual funds and insurance. You will oversee branch administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive team productivity. Ideal candidates should possess 6 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years focused on retail liabilities. An MBA, CA, or CAIB qualification is preferred, along with exceptional leadership abilities and a strong understanding of the market. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to product innovation.
